FloridaESALetter.org was founded by a team of Florida clinicians after they watched too many patients lose housing disputes because they'd purchased worthless "ESA registrations" online. Landlords challenged the paperwork, courts sided with landlords, and people lost their homes — or their animals.
So we built the service we wished existed: real evaluations by real Florida-licensed mental health professionals, delivered through secure telehealth, at a transparent price — with documentation strong enough to stand up to scrutiny under the Fair Housing Act and Florida's ESA law.
