1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing FloridaESALetter.org or booking an evaluation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Nature of Our Service
FloridaESALetter.org is a platform that connects patients with independent, licensed mental health professionals for telehealth evaluations. The clinicians β not FloridaESALetter.org β exercise independent professional judgment. Booking an evaluation does not guarantee you will receive an ESA or PSD letter. Issuance is solely at the evaluating clinician's discretion.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of, or physically located in, Florida at the time of your evaluation.
- You agree to provide accurate, truthful information during intake and evaluation. Letters obtained through misrepresentation may be invalidated.
4. Payments & Billing
- Prices are displayed transparently on our pricing page. Payment is collected only after the evaluating clinician approves your letter β approved letters are issued within 15 minutes.
- No approval, no charge: if the clinician determines an ESA or PSD is not clinically appropriate, no payment is collected.
- Missed appointments may be rescheduled once at no charge. No-shows without notice after two rescheduling attempts are non-refundable.
5. No Legal Advice; No Outcome Guarantee
We provide documentation services, not legal representation. While our letters are designed to meet Fair Housing Act and Florida statutory standards, we cannot guarantee any specific landlord, airline, or third-party decision. Housing providers may lawfully deny requests in limited circumstances defined by law.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, submit fraudulent information, or use letters for animals or persons other than those evaluated.
7. Intellectual Property
All site content β text, design, graphics, and branding β is owned by FloridaESALetter.org or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission, except your own letter and records.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The site and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, FloridaESALetter.org disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
9. Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version. Your continued use after posting constitutes acceptance.
