You'll need about 15–20 minutes, a device with a camera, and a private space. Your pet is welcome on camera — clinicians love meeting them.
Talk Honestly
Your clinician will ask about your mental and emotional health, daily life, and how your animal helps. Honest answers lead to the strongest documentation.
Check Your Inbox
If approved, your signed letter arrives as a PDF — usually the same day. Print it, forward it to your landlord, or save it for travel paperwork.
