What if I have both an ESA and a PSD?
Book a PSD evaluation and mention your ESA when scheduling — the clinician can assess both needs in one visit, and our team will apply a returning-patient discount to the second letter.
Does insurance cover ESA letters?
ESA and PSD letters are generally not covered by insurance because they are documentation services rather than treatment. Some patients use HSA/FSA funds; check with your plan administrator.
Do letters expire?
Many Florida landlords and all airlines expect documentation dated within the last 12 months, so we recommend annual renewal. Returning patients receive a discounted renewal rate.
